1. What this system is for

This is the internal HR system of AT Health Ltd. It is provided to employees, contractors and volunteers for work purposes only: managing holidays, sickness, documents, training and related HR matters.

2. Your account

Your account is personal to you. Keep your password private, do not share your login, and tell us immediately at info@at-health.co.uk if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend accounts to protect the system or its data.

3. Acceptable use

Only access records you are authorised to see. Do not attempt to bypass permissions, extract data about other people, or use the system for anything unlawful. Activity is logged in an audit trail. Misuse may be treated as a disciplinary matter.

4. Accuracy

Please keep your personal details up to date. Information you enter (such as leave requests and sickness reports) forms part of your employment record.

5. Electronic signatures

Where you sign a document in this system, your typed or drawn signature together with the recorded time and device details is intended to have the same effect as a handwritten signature.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the system available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update these terms and the system's features from time to time; continued use means you accept the current terms.
