AT Health Ltd — HR system (hr.at-health.co.uk) · Last updated 4 July 2026

Who we are

This system is operated by AT Health Ltd, 1 Beamont Crescent, Woodford, Stockport, SK7 1NX ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal information held here. Contact: info@at-health.co.uk.

What this system holds

This is our internal HR system for employees, contractors and volunteers. It holds the information we need to employ you and run the business: your contact details, job and contract details, holiday and absence records, sickness records, training records, documents (including signed documents), emergency contacts, and — where you provide them — bank details for payroll and equality information.

Why we hold it (legal bases)

We process this information to perform your employment contract, to meet our legal obligations as an employer (for example working time, payroll, and right-to-work checks), and for our legitimate interests in running the pharmacies safely and fairly. Health information (such as sickness records) is processed under employment-law provisions for special-category data.

Who can see it

Access is role-based. You can see your own records. Your line manager can see the records they need to manage you (such as leave and sickness). HR/admin can see all records. Bank details are restricted. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except the service providers who host this system (Supabase and Vercel, with data held in the UK/EU) and our email provider (Resend), all acting under contract as processors.

How long we keep it

We keep employment records for the duration of your employment and for up to 6 years after you leave, in line with statutory limitation periods. Leavers are archived, not deleted, during that period.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, and in some cases ask us to delete or restrict it. Email info@at-health.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
